What is covered by Occulli’s warranty?
Occulli comes with a 3-Year Limited Warranty* covering eligible manufacturing defects and product-related issues, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
*The warranty covers product defects and failures, including hardware and software issues, subject to verification and confirmation that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect. It does not cover damage or failure caused by human error, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or other external factors.
Does Occulli automatically record when it is connected to the fuse box? How does it work?
Yes. When connected to the fuse box, Occulli can provide parking surveillance. Its G-sensor detects sudden impacts or significant movement and automatically records and saves footage when an incident is detected. Videos recorded through parking surveillance are automatically locked and stored in a separate directory from regular loop recording files, helping prevent them from being overwritten during normal loop recording.
How long are videos retained in seamless/loop recording?
Recorded files are not automatically deleted after a specific period of time. They remain on the SD card until they are manually deleted or overwritten when the SD card becomes full. Once the SD card is full, the oldest unlocked files are automatically overwritten by new recordings to allow continuous loop recording. Locked or protected files will not be overwritten.
How accurate and sensitive is X1 when used in low-light conditions?
The X1 automatically adjusts its image settings according to changes in the scene and lighting conditions, helping maintain suitable image quality as lighting levels change.

What makes Occulli different from other dashcam brands?
Occulli offers 4K dashcams designed to provide comprehensive coverage and enhanced driving protection. Depending on the model, Occulli dashcams offer 2- or 3-channel recording, 4K front-camera resolution, ADAS, and BSD. The X1 provides 3-channel coverage with a native 4K front camera, while the S1 provides 2-channel coverage with 4K front-camera recording.
Can an existing rear camera in my car be connected to an Occulli dashcam?
In some cases, an existing rear camera may work if it has compatible specifications and the same resolution as the rear camera supplied with the Occulli dashcam. However, compatibility is not guaranteed. Occulli also offers replacement rear cameras as part of its after-sales service.
Does Occulli have installation services?
Yes. Installation services are available at all Altitude and Urban Gadgets branches.
